They are present in significant numbers in Caracas. This immigration has influence Venezuelan culture, in particular Lebanese food and music. In religion, the majority of Lebanese-Venezuelans are Christians who belong to the Maronite Church, Roman Catholic, Eastern Orthodox and Melkite Catholic. A scant number are Muslims.
